You can remove Omixo Studio's access to your accounts and have your data deleted at any time. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Here are all the ways to do it.
1. Disconnect a single channel (immediate)
- Sign in at studio.omixo.ai.
- Open Channels and press Disconnect on the account.
The access token is deleted straight away and nothing more is published to that account.
2. Remove Omixo Studio from Facebook or Instagram
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (for Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites).
- Find Omixo Studio and choose Remove.
- To also delete the data we hold, choose Send request / Request data deletion when Facebook offers it.
Facebook then sends us a deletion request automatically. We immediately disconnect every Facebook Page, Instagram account and Threads profile you connected and delete their access tokens, permissions and profile pictures, so nothing more can be published or read. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link to check the status. To delete the workspace's content and history as well, follow section 5.
3. Remove access from Google (YouTube and Business Profile)
Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Omixo Studio and choose Remove access. The connection stops working at once; ask us (section 5) if you also want the stored data deleted.
4. LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Pinterest
Each platform lets you remove connected apps in its own settings (LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services; TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions; X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions; Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps). Then disconnect the channel in Omixo Studio, or ask us to delete the data.
5. Delete your whole account and all data
Email support@omixo.ai from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my data". Workspace owners can delete the whole workspace; team members can delete their own user account. We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

Content already published on social platforms stays on those platforms until you delete it there — removing our access does not delete your posts.
