This policy explains what personal data Omixo Studio (studio.omixo.ai, "the Service", "we", "us") collects, why, how long we keep it and how you can delete it. The Service is operated by Muzztech Wireless Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Questions: support@omixo.ai.
Omixo Studio is a software service for businesses. It plans, writes, voices, edits and publishes video and image content to the social media accounts that a business connects, and helps it respond to comments on that content.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, optional phone number, business name, country, time zone and a hashed password. For team members: name, email and role.
- Brand data you provide — your website address, business description, products, prices, offers, approved facts, tone of voice, logo, colours and, if you choose the feature, a voice sample for voice cloning.
- Content we create for you — ideas, scripts, voice-overs, rendered videos, thumbnails, captions, titles and hashtags, plus the schedule and publishing history of each item.
- Data from connected platforms — described in section 2.
- Billing data — wallet balance and transactions, plan and payment records (Razorpay order and payment IDs, amount, status, payment method type) and an optional GSTIN. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's checkout and are never received or stored by us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, sign-in times and an activity log of actions taken in your workspace (for security and support).

What we never do with platform data: we do not read private messages or inboxes, we do not like, follow, unfollow or comment on other people's content, we do not sell or rent platform data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown in the interface.
Google: Omixo Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Meta: you can remove Omixo Studio from Facebook at any time (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites). Meta then notifies us and we disconnect and delete the related data as described on our data deletion page.
3. How we use data
- To provide the Service: research topics, write scripts, generate voice-overs, edit videos, create thumbnails, publish at the times you set, draft comment replies and show analytics.
- To improve your results: we analyse the performance of content we published for you to plan better content for your workspace. This learning stays inside your workspace.
- To run your account: sign-in, security, billing, receipts, alerts about failed posts or expiring connections, and support.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.
4. Service providers that process data for us
We send each provider only what a task needs, under their commercial API terms:
- Anthropic (Claude) — writes research notes, scripts, titles and comment-reply drafts from your brand data and the topic.
- Voice providers (ElevenLabs, Sarvam AI, OpenAI) — turn script text into voice-overs; a voice sample only if you use voice cloning.
- Visual providers (OpenAI images, fal.ai video, Pexels and Pixabay stock libraries) — receive scene descriptions or short search keywords, not your personal data.
- Razorpay — processes payments.
- Email delivery provider — sends account, security and billing emails.
- The social platforms you connect — receive the content you publish.
Some providers process data outside India (for example in the United States). We use providers that protect data under contractual and security commitments. We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our users or the Service, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored on servers we operate in India. We use HTTPS for all traffic, encrypt platform tokens and secrets at rest (AES-256), separate every workspace's data, restrict staff access to what support requires and log administrative actions. Rendered media is stored under unguessable addresses because social platforms fetch videos from a public link when publishing.
6. How long we keep data
- Platform tokens — until you disconnect the channel, the platform revokes access, or your account is deleted.
- Brand data and content — while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
- Comments and analytics fetched from platforms — while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or account deletion.
- Security and activity logs — up to 12 months.
- Billing and tax records — for as long as Indian law requires (currently up to 8 years).
7. Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your account and brand data in the app, disconnect any channel at any time, and remove team members. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@omixo.ai from your account email. We respond within 30 days. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where relevant to you, the GDPR and similar laws. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local authority.
Full instructions for deleting your data are on the data deletion page.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a security (CSRF) cookie and, if you tick "keep me signed in", a remember-me cookie. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Razorpay sets its own cookies only when you open its checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account owners and show a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
