These terms form an agreement between you (the business or person using the Service) and Muzztech Wireless Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow, India ("we", "us"), the operator of Omixo Studio at studio.omixo.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
1. The Service
Omixo Studio uses artificial intelligence and automation to research topics, write scripts, create voice-overs, edit videos and images, make thumbnails, publish content to social accounts you connect, draft replies to comments and analyse results. Features depend on your plan and on what each platform's official API allows at the time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract on behalf of your business.
- Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Your content and brand facts
- You keep all rights in the material you provide (brand data, logos, facts, voice samples, uploads) and in the content created for you. You give us a licence to store, process and publish it only to provide the Service to you.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, prices and offers you approve. The Service is instructed to make product claims only from your approved facts.
- Only upload material you have the right to use. Voice cloning requires the consent of the person whose voice is used.
4. AI-generated content
AI can make mistakes. Content may occasionally contain errors or be unsuitable for your audience. You can review every item before publishing (review mode), and you remain responsible for what is published from your accounts. Where platforms require disclosure of altered or synthetic content, the Service sets the label; you must not remove it to mislead viewers.
5. Platform rules and results
- You must follow the terms and community guidelines of every platform you connect (for example YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Google). We publish only through official APIs and at a human pace.
- Platforms may limit, reject, remove or demonetise content, change their APIs or revoke access. We are not responsible for platform decisions, outages or policy changes.
- No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee views, followers, reach, virality, revenue, sales or eligibility for any monetisation programme.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create or publish content that:
- is false or misleading, including fake reviews, testimonials, results or endorsements;
- gives medical, legal or financial claims you cannot substantiate, or promises guaranteed returns;
- impersonates any person or organisation, or uses someone's likeness or voice without consent;
- is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or targets children;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- is spam, election misinformation, or otherwise breaks the law or a platform's rules.
You must not attempt to access other workspaces, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to automate likes, follows or comments.
7. Plans, trial, wallet and billing
- Trial. New workspaces get a free trial on the plan shown at sign-up. No card is needed.
- Prepaid wallet. You top up a wallet in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Your monthly plan price is charged from the wallet at the start of each billing month.
- Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately: the full monthly price of the new plan is charged and a new billing month starts. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- Unpaid renewals. If the wallet does not cover a renewal, your workspace becomes past due. After 3 days it is suspended: autopilot and publishing pause until the wallet covers the plan. Your data is not deleted because of a suspension.
- Taxes. Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are added as required by law.
- Refunds. Plan charges for a month that has started are not refundable. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded. To request a refund of unused wallet balance when closing your account, write to support@omixo.ai; we review each request and refund to the original payment method where possible, less any non-refundable payment-gateway fees.
- Price changes. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of your plan. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as AI model providers, voice and stock-media libraries, payment processing and the social platforms themselves. Their availability and terms may change. Stock footage and music are used under their respective licences, for use within content created by the Service.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, story engines, prompts and brand belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to them except to use the Service.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay, or if required by law or a platform. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After termination we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from content you approve or publish, material you upload, or your breach of these terms or a platform's rules.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under consumer law where you live.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account owners at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
