What counts as a Short, long video or post?
A Short is one vertical video up to about 90 seconds, published to as many of your channels as you like — it counts once. A long video is a horizontal YouTube video of roughly 8–15 minutes. Posts are individual publications (an image post, a carousel, or one video posted to one channel).
What are render minutes?
The total length of video our servers render for you each month. Typical Shorts use under a minute each; a long video uses 8–15 minutes. The allowance on every plan comfortably covers its video quotas.
What happens when the trial ends?
If your wallet covers your plan, it is charged and your workspace continues. If not, you have 3 days to top up before autopilot pauses. Nothing is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Plan charges cover the month already started and are not refunded. If you were charged twice or in error, write to support@omixo.ai and we will fix it.
